We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal and Venmo as well.
All orders are shipped by USPS first class mail with tracking, which typically takes 1-5 business days to arrive. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like expedited shipping or to use another carrier.
We offer Worldwide shipping, but not through the online store. Email email@example.com with the items
that you’re interested in along with your postal code. You’ll receive an exact shipping quote within 24 hours. And then a detailed invoice once you confirm that you’d like to proceed. We’ll email you tracking once your order ships.
All orders will be processed and shipped within 72 hours (3 business days) of receiving your order. You’ll
receive an order confirmation email right away, and then a shipping confirmation email (which will have your tracking number) the moment your order is shipped. You’ll also receive an email confirming delivery as well.
Wovenfree is based in California. We collect CA sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in California.
Customers may return new, undamaged items purchased from the wovenfree.com online store, for any reason, within 30 days, for full exchange value. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return request is a result of our error (see below Exchanges section). We honor the quality of our product and stand behind it 100%.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item based on your order, we will exchange it at no cost to you.
Exchanges must be sent back to us within 30 days of delivery. In this event, please email us
at firstname.lastname@example.org and briefly describe the situation. We will respond within 48 hours with specific
instructions, including a prepaid shipping label. Then, once we receive the faulty or incorrect item, we will
review your exchange within 2 business days, and a new product will be sent to you at that time.
Wovenfree takes the security of your personal information very seriously. All information we collect is
exclusively in the interest of accurate order processing. When you sign up on our online store as a new
customer, you will be asked to provide some personal information such as first and last name, billing address, shipping address, and contact email address. This information is used solely for the purpose of processing and shipping your order. It will NEVER be disclosed to any party outside of necessary channels to ship and process your order in a timely manner.
Our secure socket layer (SSL) uses the latest industry-standard encryption technology to ensure that your
personal information remains private, and cannot be read or intercepted as it travels to our payment processing system. If you have any concerns at all upon ordering, please contact us at email@example.com.
