Each corduroy hat features a piece of original Deadstock jacquard braid cut from the same rolls used by The Ace Guitar Strap Company to craft a guitar strap for Jimi Hendrix in the late 1960’s. We’re limiting this to just 1 per order & will not be restocking this hat. We used the very last of the ultra rare ‘Stained Glass’ patterned Jacquard on this batch of 6-panel snapbacks. We located it in a warehouse that was housing the remaining Jacquard rolls from when Ace discontinued their guitar strap collection. See photo gallery for the partial rolls. We’ve coveted them in our studio for over 20 years. It was finally the right time to sew it up & offer a piece of guitar History to you guys.

Originally woven in the 1960’s on the classic perforated card looms, this all cotton Jacquard is nearly 60 years old & remains in Deadstock near mint condition.

13-point bolt woven label w/ crafted merrowed edge. Wovenfree needle logo embroidered into back; tone on tone. Sewn locally.
