‘Jerry Hand Guitar Strap Deadstock Corduroy
Jerry Hand Vintage Deadstock Blues! Small batch fresh off the stitchery. Ready to ship.
Originally woven in 1970 on an early “perforated card” Jacquard Loom for the Ace Guitar Strap Company, this raw Deadstock Textile is over 50 years old. We’ve preserved it kindly, coveting it in our textile treasure chest for decades. This is the classic Navajo Folk pattern characterized by inset geometric ovals. The double bound 13-thread outer Arrow edgework reflects the innovative seed of weaving techniques, no longer seen.
Countless songs have been written & stories swapped throughout the ages inspired by these Folk guitar straps. They carry a rich History down the line from generation to generation. Repurposing these textiles into wearable garments is a grateful passion of ours.
Jerry hand locally embroidered. Six panel structured corduroy snapback. One size fits most.
