‘Deadstock Turtles In The Sand Corduroy
Deadstock Raw Vintage Release #4. Turtles on sand corduroy. Small batch fresh off our sewing machine & ready to ship.
Originally woven in the 1970’s on a classic perforated card Loom, this Jacquard is over 50 years old & remains in pristine condition. All cotton with heavy yarn texture.
From the depths of our vintage secret stash, this is the ultra rare 1-3/8 inch width typically used to craft banjo/ukulele or camera straps. A very unusual pattern that you won’t see anywhere else, a unique mod on the traditional Navajo ‘Oval’ pattern, with angled inset Diamonds & stacked vertical Arrows that appear like crawling Turtles. The 3-thread outer edge work bordering represents the traditional seeds of jacquard weaving methods, no longer seen. Grab a piece of history before they’re gone.
Five panel unstructured corduroy strap back. One size fits most.
