‘Bob Dylan Guitar Strap Deadstock Corduroy Hat
The Last Waltz! Historic Release. Bob Dylan’s guitar strap featured in the ’76 classic filmed at Winterland Ballroom was cut from the same exact rolls of vintage jacquard that we used here. This is Deadstock Raw Vintage Series Second Release. Small batch fresh off the sewing machine & ready to ship today.
Originally woven circa 1970 on an early perforated card Loom, this Jacquard is over 50 years old & remains in perfect mint condition. We’ve preserved it kindly, coveting it in our textile treasure chest for decades. It was finally the time to put it to proper use. This is the classic Hootenanny Folk pattern. The 11-thread outer Arrow edgework reflects the traditional seed of weaving techniques, no longer seen. Countless folk songs have been written & stories swapped throughout the ages inspired by Hootenanny guitar straps. They carry a rich History down the line, from generation to generation.
