Holiday ’25 Batch. Fresh off the stitchery. Only 3 Made. Original art hand drawn by our very own Rainwater. Embroidered one at a time at our local studio in California. Hand cut & trimmed. 10+ hours to complete each one. Heat seal added for longevity. Each patch features 325,000+ layered stitches with tons of crisp detail. Our aim with each Artwork is to push back on traditional limits of embroidery to ring out more complex detail.

This one’s for our fellow Terrapin Suite lovers…we call this art Turtle Skeletons In The Dezzy. Tying our love of rare & different textiles and fabric embroidery with our neverending love for Lady With A Fan and the entire Terrapin Suite, Rainwater & I found ourselves in a deep collaborative creative moment. Rainwater intensively studied the anatomical bone structure of turtles, putting together a true view of what skeleton Terrapin Turtles would actually look like. Then we needed the perfect environment for our skeleton turtles to play, so I jumped in bringing the Wovenfree perspective fueled by my love of patterns, textiles & mosaics. A pure reflection of our hearts & visions, we’re excited to share this piece with you! -Randy
