Each patch is 100% made from scratch locally, one at a time always. Featuring 175,000+ layered embroidery stitches. No batches & no outsourcing. First we stitch directly into choice pieces of dense cotton twill, adding a satin border for a clean finish. Then hand cut & hand trim. And finally layer in a heat seal for longevity & ease of accurate sewing. Each patch takes 6+ hours to complete.

We’re Deadicated to bringing you the same rich layered high stitch count detail that our large size Direct embroidery {Jacket & Hoodie} collection offers. But here you can pick your favorite garment & sew it directly on. Or frame it for your wall collection.
