Each patch is handmade from scratch locally one at a time, featuring 250,000+ layered embroidery stitches. No batches & no outsourcing. First we stitch directly into choice pieces of dense cotton twill, adding a satin border for a clean finish. Then hand cut & hand trim. And finally layer in a heat seal for longevity & ease of sewing. Each patch takes 8+ hours to complete.
