Each patch is handmade from scratch locally one at a time, featuring 325,000+ layered embroidery stitches. No batches and no outsourcing. First we stitch directly into choice pieces of waterless raw indigo denim, adding a satin border for a clean finish. Then hand cut and hand trim. And finally layer in a heat seal for longevity. Each patch takes 10+ hours to complete. Please allow 10 days for delivery.
